I love exploring, trying new recipes, creating from zilch, "so I made"s, disrupting flavors, experiencing gastronomic orgasms, in short every aspect of the Food World.

My book, All Sports Cafe'den Sevgiyle 99 Tarif, including 99 recipes was published in January 2010 by Remzi Kitabevi.

21 years (January 1994 to November 2014) of experience and knowledge I acquired by being an All Sports Cafe partner, member of the management team and acting as the executive chef, enrich my home kitchen now.

  • tbsp = table spoon & tsp = tea spoon
  • Measurements with cup, table spoon and tea spoon are leveled off.
  • Your ingredients, utensils and experience can effect the outcome. I advise that you trust your instincts and 5 senses. The exception to this suggestion is the dessert section. Since chemical reactions are in play, please make the recipe as is for once before you go around changing it.
  • Given time of the recipes are a guidance that can vary according to you and your skill level.
  • I'm stingy when it comes to salt. There is remedy for little salt but nothing can be done for too much. You can adjust the amount of salt to your own taste.
  • 1 egg is about 55 g, yolk being 20ish & white around 35 g.
