My book, All Sports Cafe'den Sevgiyle 99 Tarif, including 99 recipes was published in January 2010 by Remzi Kitabevi.
21 years (January 1994 to November 2014) of experience and knowledge I acquired by being an All Sports Cafe partner, member of the management team and acting as the executive chef, enrich my home kitchen now.

What a great start and another great idea !
As mentioned in your byline, there was a reason why our grand-grandparents ate the way they ate. Many old food combos indicate enzymatic relations to aid in digestion and better absorbtion of nutrients in the body.

As industrial food replaces ‘real food’ in our diets, it’s no suprise that the food intolerance grows. Unfortunately, instead of reverting back to the way our grandparents ate, supplemental digestive enzymes are gaining traction with consumers.
